Estimated completion time: 40 minutes

What is in this module?

Computers and digital media are pervasive in our lives. Here we look at purchasing a desktop PC or laptop. Consider hand-held devices like smartphones and iPods; devices that can reasonably be described as computers. The last section isn't, strictly speaking, about computers — it briefly surveys some other ways digital media and equipment is making its way into our lives.
