Accommodation Information

1. Holiday Inn
We reserved 30 rooms in Holiday Inn Express Hotel Grove City for PACISE conference. They are please to extend a special rate of $89.00 for educational institutions (You just need to mention "PACISE" when making the reservation. The rate is subject to both state and occupancy taxes which currently total 9%). All rooms include deluxe continental breakfast with hot bar in the morning. State law prohibits more than five individuals per room. Children under 18 are free with parents.

1.1 Reservation
Reservations are being held on a definite basis for you. Each guest will be responsible for his/her own reservations and guarantee with a credit card.

1.2 Cut-Off Date
Your block will be held until March. 27, 2009 at which time all unreserved room will drop for public sale.

1.3 Credit
Unless otherwise specified, individuals will be responsible for their own incidentials. Payment for incidentals (laundry, phone calls) needs be established upon check-in.

1.4 Arrivals/Departures
Check-in time at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 noon. We cannot guarantee any rooms will be ready prior to 3:00 pm and cannot extend check out time. We strongly recommend that your guest arrive a day early if your group has an early function.

1.5 Continental Breakfast
The Holiday Inn Express Hotel provides a deluxe continental breakfast for all of our guests daily from 6am - l0am.
